How FindChessEvents.com.au handles player, parent and organiser data. Last updated 19 August 2026.
What we collect
Names, dates of birth, contact details, IDs and ratings needed to register for an event. We do not use junior data for marketing. Marketing email is opt-in only.
Who sees it
The organiser of the event you enter can see the players in that event. Platform admin can access records to run payments, refunds and support. Organisers cannot see other clubs' lists.
Export or delete
Email hello@findchessevents.com.au to export or delete a family account. We keep payment records as required for tax.
